After I called ahead to confirm the documents I needed to transfer my license from Ontario to Quebec, they blind sided me with some b.s. so I couldn't get it done.No problems with the staff, or service, just someone on the phone made me waste an entire day
There is a poster at the entrance which indicates accepted payment methods including credit card. At the counter, the employee tells me the opposite. Also, the waiting line is always too long. Needs improvements.
Service could be better. But overall not as bad as some make it out to be.
Very long waiting time, all day, no matter when you show up, there's always a lineup. Staff is OK and meet minimal standards in terms of customer service. Could be way better!!!
Extremely rude staff. We have to rent a car for a road exam. Never been informed. No body answer as a guide. Avoid here
