Clean and nice but staff not as nice as they should be.

Equipment is good, customer service is minimal but competent, it's a no frills gym with usually only one or two staff present responsible for everything in the whole place...for this price it's just great to have relatively new and quality equipment, weights, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes
Much bigger than some of the econofitness' in the area. Lots of treadmills and ellipticals. Lots of space. On the top floor of the Place Viau shopping space so you have a great view while running.
