Love this place! Place has a super friendly vibe. Trainers are all very helpful and I Love the free fitness classes. Trainers kick your butt at no extra cost. Cant beat it!!!!
If you deadlift too loud, some stranger is gonna come and assault you. Also management doesn't do anything about it. Don't come here and give them your money. (If you haven't seen the video, look it up. "Teenager attacked by stranger for deadlifting in Montreal, Quebec")

There is ample parking. The inside is spacious. the equipment is adequate. the employees are neat. customers are regular and respectful. the main hall, toilets and bathrooms were clean. open 24 hours. shower is free. the price is good. but the propellers are disturbing me. very fast and this affects the sweat negatively. a better solution can be found. finally I would recommend.
Super great place... all the equipment I needed was their. Staff was super friendly.. Hate to say this but Im a gym rat.. and Id rate Buzz. A+
