C vrai quaprs une longue journe de boulot on devient fatigu mais il ne faut jamais montrer une impression ngative un client, c pas du tout professionnel ds le cadre du Marketing. Acceuilli par une conseillre et dirig la section demande, elle a commenc sexprimer de faon ironique avec un regard insolite; jai essay de contenir mon choc intrieurement jusqu la fin. Je jure que mes larmes ont coul arriv la maison tellement le choc tait puissant. Si seulement jtais le propritaire du lieu dguis en client, jallais immdiatement virer cette dame. De toutes les faons je nirai jamais cet endroit prochainement. C terrible
I bought a while ago some furniture for my new house and i was just waiting for delivery to come. one thing i have to say: THEY ARE AWESOME! delivery was on time, furniture had nothing wrong with it, delivery men were so nice! i would totally buy from them again. from the buying experience to the delivery experience, everything was profesional! i really do recommend this store, you will not regret buying from there.
I just want to firstly say thta i was not planning to go to this store. i was passing buy, it caught my attention and i went in. IT WAS WORTH IT! The store is so big with so much choices of furniture and accesories for the house, I did not think it was that big. the service was so exceptional, beverages like a buffet. they take great care of their custumers, if you can go, GO! you will not regret it!
I could not have gotten a better experience elsewhere!! My seller Steve was the sweetest. I went in, said what i wanted and he instantly knew what to show me. When i buy something, it must be something that i really like and that is very difficult and he was able to find me something i truly love! and omg the secretaries are so sweet! the whole atmosphere makes you feel like you are home! they offer food and beverages which makes the services 10x better. everyone is so sweet is unbelieveable and the best part is that not only they are kind, but their products are truly the best. good price and great quality! every single purchase ive done in that store has been great, from the experience on buying the product, to the delivery. Would totally recommend this store! you would get the best experience!!
