Beautiful furniture, wonderful staff
I went in to the store for the very first time and was burned. I got a verbal promise I would get a refund of the 100$ deposit I paid and instead I had to pay 230$ more to tell them I no longer wanted a table that never left the store and was never delivered. Hate to say it but next time the answer is no. No deposit, no anything. Lesson learned. Fool me once. Impeccable timing during moving season when budgets are already tight. I paid 330$ for a floor model table that never left the store. Truly saddened by this. In light of this, it just makes me miss Prillos even more.
Literally worst service ever. Walked in,3 employees saw me NO ONE said hello. I was in the store for 42 minutes and NO ONE came to see me. I was actually going to buy stuff but I will not encourage bad service like that.
Horrible. If you are looking for modern or even contemporary, forget this place. Almost looks like an antique store. I'm surprised it's still open.
