Selling/Buying a home: all-in-one experience!Selling/buying a home is a HUGE undertaking and a task that requires the help of a professional. Following 2-years of coordinating meetings and appointments with an evaluator, inspector, notary, multiple contractors for work-related estimations; family members made the decision to sell our family home after 65 years!Suddenly, being the 1 out of 4 grand-children left living in the home for the past 30-years; the task overwhelmed me with much emotion and uncertainty.
