More often than not I come out very happy with my shopping experience and the employees have almost always bee very helpful.
Selection may not be as big as other big box stores but the prices and service are very good and arguably better than the big box stores.
Overall, passable mark in terms of customer service. Some employees are fantastic while others are completely unfit to be working with the public. 2/3 of the employees at the wood cutting shop were the rudest I've ever seen in retail. Even after calling us with our cut wood order complete, when we arrived they said they didn't have the order. Would not recommend.
They have good service, price is not always the cheapest but they have good customer service.
